Flites ✈

These are the search engines I use when searching for flights - my flight sites.

• It's always a good idea to use the comparison feature - surprisingly there are cheaper flights to be found on those sites than on the main site you searched with. 

• Always make sure to be flexible with your dates - this will ensure the cheapest find!

• This will sound silly, but make sure to check the details of the flight before purchasing it. It's happened to me a few times where I thought I was getting a super sick deal and then realized I was heading to a city an hour away from where I wanted to be. Which, really, isn't all that bad because you can just take a bus that might actually be cheaper than going to airport you originally wanted.

• The popular search sites (like orbitz) are usually owned by the airline companies which means you might not be getting the cheapest flights. It's not going to hurt to use them as well, though!
